I would NOT recommend Brenda Budke as a realtor. My sister made an appointment to look at a new listing the day after it came on the market. When she arrived promtly for her scheduled appointment Ms. Budke was showing the house to someone else. She told my sister to wait outside! Ms. Budke continued to leave my sister outside waiting and then came out and announced the house was sold. My sister asked to make an offer but Ms. Budke refused. Brenda Budke acted in a very unprofessional manner! The only reason I gave this review a star is because you cannot post a comment without selecting at least one star.
